We believe that the reason that 60% of professionals don't have mentors is that traditional mentorship lacks focus, goals, and basic boundaries. It's unsustainable for mentors, so they shy away.
To solve this, we're making mentorship accessible, targeted, and high-impact while driving sustainability for mentors so that they continue to share their knowledge and advice to help others grow.
We're looking for professionals at all levels to join our mentorship team, even if you only have one hour a week to spare.
You pick the topics you want to teach, set your rates and schedule, and enjoy full control over your commitment, whether you want to host just one session a week or work full-time as a mentor.
