We believe that the reason that 60% of professionals don't have mentors is that traditional mentorship lacks focus, goals, and boundaries. To solve this, we're making mentorship accessible, targeted, and high-impact while making it work more sustainably for mentors.
We're looking for professionals at all levels to join our mentorship team, even if you only have one hour a week to spare. You pick the topics you want to teach, set your rates and schedule, and enjoy full control over your commitment, whether you want to host just one session a week or work full-time as a mentor.
